This Classique Matt Duchess Satin fabric is a high quality, super-soft, very elegant, heavy weight with non-snag properties, giving a softer finish than regular satin, it has a very subtle sheen very different in appearance to most satins which generally have a high gloss finish. Made in Japan it`s one of the best on the market.
It is the best choice for making bridal dresses, prom dresses, special occasion wear, evening wear and much more projects.

This item is for one piece of fabric of 1 meter(length) x 1.5meter(width). The width is fixed. If you buy 2 we will send you 2 meters X 1.5 meters.

If you are unsure about the quality of our fabric or are looking for a specific colour, we always advise ordering a sample first for a personal evaluation of suitability.
The size of our samples is a 10cm strip at 30cm, so they are ideal for assessing weight, stretch, feel, drape, colour, texture and more.
Please note, samples are non-returnable.

Shipping

For UK orders we use Royal Mail First Class not tracked service but for orders more than 5 meters, we typically use First Class recorded delivery.

If you need your order soon as possible we can send it by Special Delivery which costs a little more.

For international orders, we ship with Royal Mail International Tracked service delivery timescale is usually 5-7 working days, but sometimes it can be a bit longer.
We also use other express couriers - DHL, UPS, FedEx - delivery timescale is usually 1-3 working days but it's much more expensive. Please contact us for more details.
